Summary
In Vivarium a couple goes to check out a seemingly idyllic neighborhood called Yonder only to find themselves stuck in a labyrinth of identical houses. They fall into a forced routine after several failed escape attempts. Their schedule doesn’t change until one day a baby boy is delivered to them with the promise of them being released if they raise him.

My Thoughts
It’s difficult to discuss this film without giving too much away. There are plenty of cringe moments. The premise is strange and the mood is disturbing. Vivarium is a psychological mystery that has you guessing until the end. In my opinion, if you are looking to feel satisfied at the end you will be sorely disappointed. Be prepared to research ending theories and explanations once the movie is over. In summation, this film is about a house tour gone extremely and strangely wrong.
